"The next thing I'm going to go over is the volume of the midi data. The volume of the midi data, it kind of works the same as any other track within pro-tools. You just have to automate the volume, and it'll affect the entire track. So just go to the view box, and just go to volume. With the volume you can see where the midi data is, and the volume line at the very top. I'm going to change my view to medium. And maybe I want to take just these parts and change the volume for that, bring it down a little bit lower for this one. Maybe on this second to last one, bring it real low, and then bring it back from my last one. So when I play this reminds me that it's not quantized. Kind of goes up at the very end, just a little bit. You can do this with all your tracks. The volume is definitely going to help you kind of smooth your mixes in, and kind of add a depth to your tracks. It definitely helps with the mixing process, and it's pretty easy to use."
