"Very often we have a desk in the bedroom. Well I advise people not to, if you have the room to place the desk some where else in your house. Because the desk is working. Computer is working. Therefore you confuse your work with your rest. So you can not rest peacefully in your bedroom. But you would say, well my place is so small how could I separate the desk from the bedroom. Now one thing you can do is either put a divider between the bed and your desk. Also you can put a curtain between your bed and your desk. So this way you tell yourself that you kind of tell yourself I'm not working when I'm sleeping. So give yourself a little rest when you are in bed instead of working twenty four hours a day."
