"Something that's fun for both the humans and the animals in your house, is called clicker training, and clicker training is a behavioral modification technique, that you can use, and a training technique, that just associates a sound, with the treat, so Rusty here, is interested in this treat, and I can click this pen. I don't know if you can hear that sound, and then give him the treat, so what he'll do, is he'll understand that the click, means a treat, and then you can teach him from afar, without having to give him a treat every time, something to do, so if you wanted to teach him to climb up here. Rusty Buttercup, come on up. He's not going to come up. I'm just going to grab him. If you wanted to teach him to do some kind of a trick, without you standing right near him, then, you could click as a reward, and later he'll get the treat. Here you go. There's the treat, so the first step is to make sure that they know, that the click and the treat go together, so that's the first training step, and that takes about several, probably several sessions."
