"Going to flip our steak in the sauce, and then we should be ready to plate. Give a nice stir to our rice; and you can garnish this with cilantro if you like. And we're not going to use a slotted spoon for this because we definitely want to get some of that juice, the juice from the tomato and the artichokes and the white wine and the butter. Next we'll take our steak out and give our sauce one final stir. Put that over the top, and here we have black rice with tomato, artichoke heart, zucchini and a tarragon butter with Steak Dianne."
