"Alright, all three things are coming very close to being done, so we're going to go ahead and pull off some tarragon leaves. And that's really all you want to do because we're not going to cut them. We're then going to add a tablespoon of butter to our vegetables, and we're going to stir that in. We're then going to sprinkle the tarragon over the top and turn our heat off. We're going to pull out our steak now, and we're going to put that right back in to the sauce, to coat. And while that's happening, most of the sauce has gone from our rice, so we're going to take our black beans and stir them in."
