"Ok, now we're going to start making our black rice. We're going to take a large pan, and add about a tablespoon of oil, to the bottom of it. We're then going to move the oil around, so that it covers all of the bottom of the pot, and a little bit up to the sides. We're going to add our garlic, and while we're waiting for that to begin to saute. We're going to take our can of black beans, and open them. Now, I know I said we were going to finish the rice with the black beans, but what we're actually going to do here, is we're going to take all of this juice, and we're going to add that at the beginning. The oil is starting to heat up a little, so we're going to add our onions."
