"Alright the first thing that we want to do is we want to preheat our oven to 350 degrees because we're going to finish the steak inside of the oven. Then we're going to want to go and fill the sauce pan with a cup of water. And we'll bring that to the heat. And then we'll take our other sauce pan and we'll add a cup to that. And it's a good idea to keep your pan handles turned away. And we're going to go and add a teaspoon of the vegetable base. You can see how sticky this is and that's why we're adding that first so that the water will help dissolve it off of the spoon. Now the vegetable stock will break up when it boils. But it, this kind won't do until 100% so it helps to stir it up a little bit. And for our Steak Diane we're going to have a little beef stock. So we're going to add one cube into the water."
