"Alright let's go over the pots and utensils that we're going to need. We're going to need a baking dish because we're going to cook the, we're going to saute the steak until it's about half way done and then we're going to remove it from the pan. We've got a large pan here. We're going to be making rice in that. And after we toast the rice and add the ingredients we're going to put this lid on it and reduce the heat to simmer. I've got a small pot here we're going to be using that to make our vegetable stock. And the vegetable stock is going to go in with our rice. I have a larger pot here. We're going to be making a beef base with that. And that is going to come down in with our steak. We have a frying pan or a saute pan. We're going to be cooking our steak in this and then we're going to remove it and add our sauce. You can either have one pan or two pans and plate the sauce and then make the vegetables or you can go ahead and try and make them both at the same time. We have some measuring spoons. Measuring cups. A knife. We're going to use a fork to handle our steak. Then we're going to use this spatula to take it out of the oven. A spoon for our vegetables. A cutting board. And because we're dealing with meat we're going to be using some gloves."
