"So let's get all the ingredients that we're going to need today. We're going to get a piece of steak. I've done this very thin so that it'll cook just a little bit faster but you can use a New York on this easily. That'll increase the time that you're going to saute it. And it will also increase the time that you need to bake it. Alright we have some tarragon here. We're going to use this as the only fresh herb that we're going to use today. And that's going to go with our zucchini. We're going to take the zucchini and we're going to cook it with onions and garlic. And then we're going to take a tomato and some artichoke hearts and put that in there. There's going to be some white white in addition to that. We're going to be making two bases today. We're going to be making beef base. I'm just going with the steak. That's really going to be the base flavor that holds it all together. And we're going to make some vegetable stock and that's going to go with the rice to give that a little bit of extra flavor. So we will need rice for that. We'll need about a cup. And inside of that we're going to be putting an entire can of black beans also with some garlic and onions. We're going to be using some cumin and cayenne powder with that. We're going to need salt and pepper. Some olive oil. Some Dijon mustard, some Worcester and sour cream."
