"Okay, now that the oil is hot, we're going to add our steak. And if you'd like, you can pour some of this over it now or you can wait for the marinade. I'm going to do a little bit of both. And again, we don't have to cook this all the way through. We're just really trying to sear the outside because we're going to be finishing it by baking it in the oven. Again, if you want to do this steak outside on the grill, you can do that and you would just take a brush and baste the steak. So, we've got a nice color here. We've marked it a little bit. And again, I'm going to save some of these to put on the steak once we go ahead and bake it. Alright, let's go ahead and get our sheet tray ready. And we'll come and we'll put our steak right on the center. And we'll scoop a little bit of the marinade and some of the chunks over the top. So depending on the size of your steak, how long it's going to take. This is a very thin steak, so it should take about five minutes to cook. If you're using a thicker steak, that should be 10 to 15 minutes."
