Alright let's go over our, the ingredients we're going to use today. We're going to be using some beer, I'm going to be using a lighter beer, a lager beer and that's what we're going to be steaming our shrimp in. We're going to be taking the shells off these and de-veining them, and then putting them in a pan, boiling the beer and just steaming them right over the beer not actually in it. We're going to be having some celery and that's going to be going with our vegetable dish. We're going to be having some broccoli florets and we're going to saute that, (clears throat) excuse me, with white onions with some mushrooms garlic. And we're also going to be using lime, and a tomato and we're going to be making a salsa with this with jalapeno and black pepper. We're going to make that and we're going to let that sit, that's going to be kind of cool to go on top of our hot shrimp. We're also going to be using some Sherri today in our vegetable dish along with some soy sauce and some ground ginger. We're going to bring that all to a boil and that should be nice, and sweet and hot. And then we're just going to be making a plain rice with some garlic, and onions. And we're going to be needing some oil to saute.
