"Hi, this is Aaron Hale at Fitness For Life in Wilmington North Carolina, here to talk to you a little bit about refurbished treadmills. Refurbished treadmills are great, some of the things that you need to be concerned about, first and foremost, number one, make sure that you're getting a refurbished treadmill from a reputable dealer, somebody that is respected in the community, is selling equipment and parts that are trustworthy and last the test of time. Second, refurbished treadmills are a great way for somebody to get, possibly, a very high quality treadmill at a cheaper price and that would kind of help fit into somebody's budget a little bit more. Third, really research the history, find out from the dealer what was refurbished on the treadmill. Number one, probably the biggest one we would want to look out for, is the motor. How badly damaged was the motor and what is the reputation for these motors and how long they last, even after a refurbishing, something else to really consider. Belts, if a belt's been replaced those are the sorts of things that have been refurbished, those tend to get traded out on treadmills quite frequently anyway. Bearings and the rollers, those are other things, was the rollers refurbished? There's a lot of different things to consider when looking to purchase a refurbished treadmill. The only thing that I would caution anybody with doing is really research the history, find out from the dealer what was actually refurbished, is the dealer, he or she, reputable in the community of selling high quality parts and equipment and that's the best way to go about shopping for a refurbished treadmill. This is Aaron Hale at Fitness For Life, thank you."
