"This is Aaron Hale at Fitness For Life in Wilmington North Carolina and we're here to talk about best recommended treadmill. Best recommended treadmill is person specific and also activity specific. Are we going to be using a treadmill? Are we going to be running? Are we going to be doing a lot of high pack work on the treadmill? If that's the case, we really need to be looking more towards a high end commercial grade treadmill, something that's going to be able to take a lot of wear and tear over a long period of time, especially if we want to get our monies worth out of it because those treadmills tend to cost a bit more money. If we're just going to be doing a little bit of running but also some walking, maybe have some other light impact but not exactly low impact work altogether, then perhaps we should be looking for a light commercial grade treadmill or maybe a heavy residential treadmill. If we're just going to be doing some walking, we just want to burn a few calories, we don't really want to go deal with the hubbub at the gym and we just want to have some space to ourself, we also don't want to walk outside and fight the elements, then probably just a residential treadmill will work just fine. Those are really the best things to be looking for in a treadmill. This has been Aaron Hale, Fitness For Life in Wilmington, thank you."
