"Hi this is Aaron Hale at Fitness for Life in Wilmington, North Carolina and today we're here to talk about inexpensive treadmills and are they worth it? The easy answer to that is yes. It depends on the person and what our goals are. If we're just going to be doing some walking on it or we want to lose a couple extra pounds, we're not really going to be getting in to a whole lot of high end pact activity on a treadmill. Like I said, just walking trying to stay out of the rain because we don't want walk and get in to the work out at home whenever we would like, then yes, trying to find an inexpensive treadmill for your home especially if you're on a budget, is worth it. However, I would caution, please do your homework because even in budget treadmills, some of the less expensive treadmills, there are classifications, there are some that are better than others. So please do your homework on the treadmills that your are looking for that'll fit your budget and I'll guarantee you you'll come away with one that you'll be happy with. This has been Aaron Hale at Fitness for Life. Thank you for watching."
