"So we're going to learn how to juggle three balls right here. The first step I want you to do when you learn how to juggle with three balls, it looks like this. But before you know how to do that, you've got to start with one. So, the first thing we're going to do is learn how to throw correctly. Now this might seem a little ridiculous at the beginning, but I think if you start now, it will help you out down the road. I want you to stand with good posture. I know I'm not your school teacher, not elementary school but posture is actually really important when you learn how to juggle. So what I want you to do, stand comfortably with your feet about shoulder width apart, have your arms hanging down by your side, ninety degrees at your elbow, and be comfortable. Now, when you make your first throw, you want it to go across your body, about forehead height. One thing that I like to imagine is a box right here. Now, if you start with a right handed throw, you're going to throw from your right hand up to the top, the upper left top corner of the box, and then you'll catch it out here. So like this. Here's the box, throw from your right hand, hit the corner to the outside. Now if you, for the left handed throw it's exactly the same but the other way. So you imagine the box here, throw from your left hand, hit that top corner of the box, catch on the outside and bring back in."
