"In this video, we're going to be talking about what I call the foot stall. This is a medium to medium-hard trick... it really depends whether you used to play hackey sack as a kid. The foot stall is exactly what it sounds like. We're going to drop the ball from my hand and catch it on my foot. Now, hopefully I can do this without dropping it, but let's see. Something like that. So if you see, I caught it on my foot as I drop from my hand, and catch the ball with my foot. Now when you incorporate this into a juggling pattern, you first have to get a very clean foot stall, but if you put it into a pattern, you can just make a drop but not actually drop it. Pick it back up and keep going. People will be impressed, be like "Oh no, you messed up!" but not really. It's crazy. But anyway, to learn this, you really have to get some beanbags that are pretty loose. It's a lot harder to do this with a solid sphere than it is with a very loose beanbag, or something that just won't roll around at all. You also want to really practice on cushioning the catch with your foot. If you notice, every time I drop it on my foot, I bring my foot up to here, let the beanbag hit, then slow it down like that. So you really just need to try and put all this together. Put it in a juggling pattern and get that stall just like that, kick back up into the pattern."
