"In this video, I'm going to be talking about juggling three balls in one hand. This is a hard trick. This actually might not work very well until after you've mastered four or five balls, even. But conceptually, the trick's very easy. All you're doing is juggling three in one hand. Just like you juggled two, you're going to add a third one, and they're all going to go a lot higher and a lot faster. So just show you what this looks like. Three in one hand looks something like that. If you remember from when we learned four balls, this is actually a fountain pattern. That is, each throw is moving from the center to the outside. There are other patterns you can use. Another common one is cascade. If you remember, the normal three ball cascade is just like this. We just throw across and side to side. You can do the same thing with just one hand. Again it's very high, it's very stretched out vertically, but it looks something like this. If you can tell, it might be a little hard at first, but the balls are actually traveling in a cascade pattern and my hand is moving side to side underneath, throwing up to the right, then up to the left. When you practice this trick, just really give yourself enough time. Throw those balls high, try and get them all the same height and all the same timing. Practice it a lot. And this is a difficult trick, but when you incorporate it into a normal three ball pattern, people are very impressed."
