"Hi this is Jeff at The Two Wheeler Dealer. I'm going to show you how to replace your handlebar. This particular one has an open faced stem clamp. Makes it real easy. You can just undo these two 5 millimeter bolts and the handlebar will drop out. Lay that down there. Grab your new handlebar. Most handlebars will have a centering line on them. Center that right in the center of the clamp underneath the bolts and tighten these 5 millimeter screws back down. You want to pay attention to the distance between the top of the clamp and the bottom. Make sure you have equal distance between the two bolts. Get that centered up. Torque it down. If there's a torque specification printed on your stem be sure to use a torque wrench and follow that. Otherwise you can just snug it down relatively tight. And once you get it centered, get those torqued. That's how we would install a new handlebar. Pretty much proceed then to swap over all cables and levers that swap on your handlebar."
