"So, we've learned how to throw a single Back Cross, just like that. Now, what we need to do, is learn how to put it into our juggling pattern. So, when you're juggling three, like this. You're going to quickly bring one of the throws from your strong hand around, and throw it into a Back Cross. Now, if you throw a double height, you'll have some extra time, after you make the throw, so just sit there for a second. That's ok. That's good. We're going to need that later. We're going to need that extra time, so what I want you to do, is go in a three club pattern. One of your right handed throws, quickly bring it behind your back, and throw straight up. Continue thinking about your technique. Think about how your hand is placed behind your back, what you're doing with your arm, and make sure that you're throwing straight. One of the most common problems, is that you'll throw too far forward, or too far back. Maybe you're whipping your hand around, like that, and it's going way too far forward. Don't do that. Try and keep it from doing that. Try and keep the throw as vertical, and as clean as possible, and then practice throwing one behind your back, from either side. I'll go into a three club pattern. Throw one Back Cross, with my right hand, just like that, and one with my left hand, just like that. Later on, we'll move on to doing continuous Back Crosses."
