"Continuous head stalls. Continuous head stalls are really cool, and a lot of people have a lot of problems with them because it seems way faster than it needs to be. In reality you can do continuous head stalls as slow as you want. You start with your basic head stall that we learned in the first series where you're throwing the ball from the other hand at the same time as you're reaching up to put it on your head, just like that. So once you have that mastered and you can go in and out of that, to do it continuously, get a balance, and you can see how slow that is. If you have a good balance, you can do it as slow as you want. Most people however see it done fast, and to do it fast is really not that difficult. It's more of a psychological thing. The key is to make sure that all of your throws go about the same height. That makes them easy to grab one after the other and it makes the whole trick simpler and smoother. Those are continuous head stalls."
