"We're going start talking in this video about for ball site swaps. Now if you remember site swap notation is a notation for how long each ball spends in the air or spends in the pattern. So if your juggling three. Each ball is a three throw. Something like this. If your juggling four each ball is a four throw. Now a good thing to remember all odd throws cross hands. All even throws go straight up to the same hand. Now so a three is about this high. Four is about there a fives up there it's pretty to easy to understand once you get the main idea. Now four ball site swaps is where site swap start to get fun. With three balls there is a few that you can do that look pretty cool. With four you can start really digging into site swap notation and there is a lot of really awesome patterns you can do. Mix it up with different heights different times. We're going to start talking about the basics. Start working that into your four ball routine. Really site swaps can be very hard at first. Thinking about splitting heights between different hands or throwing a very high then a very low throw. Can be very confusing and really mess you up in the head at first. All you need to do is sit down and think about what your trying to do and practice each throw individually and then when you try and put it together. Just really work on getting it all to flow. This will take some practice but put some time into it and you'll get better."
