"Four ball juggling, one over the top is the four ball equivalent of an over reverse cascade throw. If you remember juggler's tennis. This is basically a way to do this while juggling four balls instead of three. And the way it looks is this. You can see the one going over the top. Now what's happening is the one goes over, I'm throwing it with this hand, it's going over the top. Well, since in a four ball pattern, usually the balls don't cross hands. If that's true, I will end up with three balls in one hand and one in the other, and that doesn't work. So, you throw the one over the top and your very next throw is like a three ball throw, you're throwing it underneath. See that, this one. I can show you with a different colored ball as well. So that's, did you see that? The over hand throw, whoops, is directly followed by a crossing throw underneath it. And that is one over the top."
