"In this video, we'll be talking about a couple more three club site swap patterns you can do. If you remember, site swap stands for the notation of how high each throw is. So three throw, that's a four, threes again. We went over four, four, one, which looks something like that. My personal favorite three club site swap pattern, something called five, three, one. Now this is going to be a very high throw, it's going to be a triple, that's the five. There'll be a normal throw, which will be a single, which is the three. Then there'll be a hand off underneath that, which is the one. It looks something like this, a five, three, one. If you remember, we also did this with balls. But with clubs, the pattern is very, is much larger, because your pattern is slower and bigger with clubs. And you have to get the spins right. So one way to think about it is a triple, a single, and a hand off, instead of the five, three, one. So triple, single, hand off. Something like that. Triple, single, hand off. Now you want to practice this leading with either hand, I, you want to lead with your right hand and your left hand, and try to do it continuously. Five, three, one, something like this; five, three, one, five three, one. Practice that with both hands, and we can work on other cool site swaps later."
