"In this video we're going to be talking about juggling two clubs with one hand. Now this is useful in a three club pattern, because it gives your other hand time to do whatever it wants. Hi, if your, if you throw a single, throw it to the same hand, your other hand's just sitting here for a little bit. You can have it do whatever you want. Now, the thing about this throw; what I want you to do is instead of throwing across your body with your throw like this; you're going to throw from the center, outside; back to the same hand, like that. Now, this is going to get take some getting used to at first. You have to throw it as a double height, and you have to turn it to the outside, so that when you catch the catch happens. What I want you to practice; just take two clubs in one hand, and just see if you can do that once; two clubs in one hand. See if you can make a clean throw and catch of each club, just like that. Now, this is going to take some practice. You're going to have to get used to this over a little bit of time, but after a little bit of time you can work on it and alternate having, juggling two clubs in one hand just for one beat, so that gives your other hand time to do something cool, which we'll talk about in the next video."
