"Hi, I'm Les Whitley here today to talk to you about building real muscle fast. There's no secret to it, there's no special things that you can take to incorporate any magical potion. How's this going to make this happen to me sooner? It takes a lot of hard work, a lot of dedication and time. The muscles are going to grow and building lean muscle fast requires you having the best possible diet and that means you taking in consistent amount of nutrients throughout the course of your day to support the activity of just daily living but also the muscle, the tissue that you're trying to grow. You must stimulate that muscle by incorporating regular exercise, regular strength training to break down that muscle tissue in order for it to be rebuilt to grow larger and stronger. Typically, over the course of a four to six time frame, four to six week time frame, you may be able to put on one to two pounds of lean muscle tissue under the best circumstances. There are other ways to do it but it's not safe. Statistics and studies show that the more you try to work and use other types of substances to alter and augment the body's natural processes, the more danger you get into. So bottom line, eat well, exercise regularly, and incorporate good solid strength training programs into your daily routines.
