"Hi I'm Les Whitley. I'd like to talk to you a little bit right now about increase in body fat in particular areas, particularly the chest for men, often called man boobs. The idea is that you accumulate a lot of additional fat in the upper area of the chest. This could be for a variety of different reasons. Hormones play a big role in the effect of you accumulating fat in particular areas and deposits around the body. This could be an underlying cause of hormonal issue that you may want to seek professional advise from a physician for. Otherwise reducing that overall body fat by performing regular daily fitness routines as well as improving your nutritional intake, it can help to reduce that overall body fat from your entire body in particular the areas of the chest. Developing strong tight muscles of the chest by using exercises such as the bench press, dumbbells, push ups, dips or any other upper body related activity will help define and give you a good solid muscular base to build from while you are losing that body fat. This will give the chest a more defined shape that gives you a more overall appearance of health. Otherwise as you are reducing the body fat, you find that those deposits are not being reduced as soon as they should be, you may want to consult and get the help of a physician because there maybe some underlying issues that could contribute to this particular area and deposit of body fat. In that particular case it could require surgery but again consulting the advise of a professional would be the best bet."
