"Hi, I'm Les Whitley. I'd like to talk to you right now about how to shape up your physique; your overall physique, or your appearance, from a muscular and fitness stand point. The idea is that gives you that overall healthy look. And which means, to have nice, lean, toned muscles, but also to have a minimal amount of body fat. That comes through a regular daily routine, that incorporates flexibility training, strength training, as well as endurance training. Not only for the muscular look, but the way your heart and lungs keep your body healthy as well, providing plenty of oxygen and nutrients to your body, to keep it running, whether at work or at play. The overall healthy physique should start by training the overall musculature of the body, not particularly isolating one area or another. You train your body as a whole because that's how you ask it to operate. Your biceps just don't operate independently of the rest of your body, so you shouldn't train them as such. Specific muscle isolations really limits the results that you can possibly achieve. So work large muscle groups for an overall body effect, to again improve that physique. Now at the end of the day, you want a nice, lean, overall healthy appearance, and that comes in, spending plenty of time, not only in the gym, but having an active lifestyle outside of the gym, and modifying your diet, so that you're preparing your body for the challenges that will lie ahead. Take time, be patient, and be consistent."
