"Hi, I'm Les Whitley. Let's talk about how to get a six-pack abdomen. The six-pack in itself requires very low levels of body fat. Two things are required for that; a very high calorie output by your activity level and modifying and having a very strict diet through your regime. To lower your levels of body fat to that level requires a lot of time, a lot of consistency and a lot of patience to not get sidetrack and deviated by letting your diet run crazy. Some people diet very well through the days of the week but on the weekends may get a little off. To have a six-pack abdomen, it requires a lot of patience and a lot of very strict dieting. That strict dieting should have good levels of protein to sustain your muscular mass so you maintain the level of muscularity to have that six-pack. After all, if you have a nice flat mid-section, those abdominal muscles aren't going to stick out as much, it's not going to be as noticed. To strength train and build nice abdominal muscles put you closer to achieving those results. Lowering the levels of body fat by increasing your levels of activity through your regular exercise routine, in addition to your overall active lifestyle. So if you know you have a sanitary job, spend time up on your feet where you're moving about expending more calories. Modifying your diet with fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grain sources and watching the calorie intake as well. You may find that you have to lower your calories by as little as fifty a day to increase that calorie expenditure as well as lowering the calorie input to lower those levels of body fat. Men in particular may have a harder time and it may take a little longer, as typically that body fats accumulate through the mid-section. It does take patience, it does take time and a lot of hard work and discipline. Use that patience, stick to the diet and those results can be seen in pretty quickly."
