"Hi, I'm Les Whitley. Today I'd like to talk to you about how to lose that stubborn belly fat. Typically, wherever you store the majority of your fat deposits will be the area that you see the last as far as the results. Spend time to focus on loosing from overall body and not just one particular area. Spot reduction is a myth. If you have a lot of belly fat that's accumulated over time, it's going to take time to undue that damage by a good overall healthy diet, being strict in regard to your calorie intake as well as your calorie output will help you achieve those results sooner than later. A strength training routine as well as a cardiovascular conditioning routine that involves moving your body through space such as jogging, swimming, rowing, biking on a regular basis to minimize the accumulation of body fat. But, then to reduce the body fat in particular areas of interest. For example, women in the hips and lower thighs as well as men in the midsection abdominal areas, it will take time to see those results. The larger the accumulation of body fat, it more time it's going to take to see the maximum results. Be consistent, be patient. Keep that diet under great control, take notes if you have to as far as your consumption to know what you're eating and when you're eating it to see those patterns and when you may deviate from you achieving your goals. The consistency and frequency and timing of your meals become essential and important. Eating breakfast to start your day off right and being consistent as far as the consumption of your meals will help keep your metabolism at an elevated level for maximum calorie burn throughout the day. As far as part of an overall healthy program, be consistent with your efforts to achieve your goals."
