"Hi, I'm Les Whitley. I'd like to talk to you right now about achieving those ripped abdominals that everyone promises. It's very difficult to do and requires a lot of effort on your part, not only through modifying and adjusting and keeping a very strict diet, but having a regularly active lifestyle that supports that type of leanness that your body will need to see those kind of results. Through regular exercise, you're going to burn an efficient amount of calories. But modifying the diet and keeping it strict and under control to reduce that body fat requires a lot of effort. Consulting the advise of a professional, especially when you begin modifying your diet to that strict a level, may even require you visiting a physician to make sure everything is in appropriate effects. For those of you with high blood pressure or other cardio vascular diseases, I most definitely encourage to consult the help of a physician. But more importantly, seeking the advise of a dietician, a registered dietician and/or a sports training professional to help you achieve those results. Regular strengthening exercises such as the crunch will help you achieve nice tone look, but to really develop those ripped abdominals, you're going to have add resistance to build and define them most effectively. Reducing body fat levels to the single digits, we're talking the three, five and seven percents of body fat, requires a lot of hard and focused work. It's easy to achieve if you put forth the effort, but it does take a lot of time and being consistent. Put forth the effort, be consistent and you can achieve results if you try."
