"Hi I'm Les Whitley. I'd like to talk to you right now about how to get rid of that spare tire. The spare tire is basically an accumulation of additional belly fat. That belly fat can be accumulated over time by an over consumption of calories without expending them. The body begins to store the additional calories as body fat and it can be stored through the upper body and ideally overall body. Women sometimes will store the body, body fat in lower areas, men will typically have issues in the mid section. To reduce overall fat of the body you will reduce in the belly, the hips, arms and everywhere. For those of you who have accumulated a large amounts of body fat in the mid section of the abdominal area, it will take a little more time to see that. You may notice more definition and body fat moving from your upper body and lower body a lot sooner then you do. Because that's just, there's more there to get rid of. It does take time but through proper diet and a regular exercise routine, expending more calories then you are taking in you can achieve those results. Again it took time for those, that belly fat to accumulate and it will take time to undo that. Modifying your lifestyle and maintaining that for the rest of your life is the key to having that nice flat abdominal mid section. Again the habits that got you to achieving that belly fat won't help you undo that. So staying on the same routine and doing the same things will help you achieve your results. So consult the help of a professional, be consistent with the efforts you have and make changes where needed to achieve your results."
