"Hi I'm Les Whitley. I'd like to talk to you right now about how to get great abs in three months. The time frame becomes important in you helping to establish goals and setting smaller goals to reach that. A three month time frame can be broken up into twelve week segments. Four weeks at a time will help you establish patterns for smaller goals. Modifying your diet and increasing your level of activity will help you achieve those goals sooner then later. Three months is a good benchmark time to see how you are progressing along in achieving your overall goals. Bottom line it should be part of a smaller goal to a overall healthy lifestyle that will extend the rest of your life. Twelve months or twelve weeks is a good target time to begin to review and see how you are progressing towards achieving those results. By modifying small components of your diet such as the type of foods that you eat, and then the quantities of food that you eat making those adjustments and paying attention, tracking your body fat levels to see how those abdominals are responding. To be able to see the abdominals you've got to minimize the amount of body fat that you have throughout. Ideally ten percent or less you begin seeing those abdominal muscles. The more you train them the more you strengthen those abdominals, the more they're actually going to appear. By reducing that overall body fat you can achieve those results sooner. It does take time but by modifying the diet, improving your overall calorie expenditure through a healthy overall active lifestyle you can achieve those results and begin seeing great results in as little as three months."
