"Hi, are you concerned about how to keep your friends? Well I'm Dr. Felicia and I'd like to share a few tips with you on how to keep friends. One of the best ways to keep your friends is to be a good friend to them. Being a good friend means being there for them when they need you. Be consistent, be supportive, be realistic when you listen to them and speak with them. But being a good friend is someone who's there for them under all kinds of circumstances. So keeping friends requires that you be a good friend number one, that you call them to take the initiative to make the phone calls, don't expect them to always call you. And number three is that you also offer some sense of interest to the relationship. So it's either your, your spirit, your energy, your enthusiasm, your loyalty. There's something that you must also offer if you're going to keep your friends. Keeping friends isn't always an easy task. If you have a busy personal life and you're working many hours it's sometimes a chore to make social calls and make sure that you include everyone that you need to. A good way to keep friends is to make sure you're aware of their feelings and you don't slight them. And certainly you want to keep as many of your friends as close to you as possible if you value that friendship. Now you might set yourself up on a system if you need to make phone calls at a certain time or some kind of relay system or even e-mail to keep them on a joint e-mail and that's certainly a way of reaching a lot of friends on e-mail lists. But by any means you need to keep yourself out there, stay active with your friend, stay interactive and take the initiative to make a phone call. If you don't hear form them don't assume that it's because their not interested. Maybe something's going on in their life. So you need to be aware, conscience and sensitive to all of their needs. And that's how you keep your friends. I do wish you good luck. This is Dr. Felicia saying goodbye for now and god bless."
