"While we're waiting for our rice to boil, we're going to go ahead and chop up some of the seasonings that we need for our shrimp. We're going to take two cloves of garlic and we're going to cut the ends off. We're going to discard them so they don't get mixed up with the rest of our minced garlic. Want to make sure to wipe down the edge of the knife, all of the garlic off. Once you've cut two cloves, push then together, and give them a final mince. Alright now we're going to cut our rosemary. And you can pull them off one by one, but I found the easiest way is to grab them about three quarters of the way up and just drag down, and they'll simply come right off. That won't happen on the top because the stem is not as strong and that's where you do want to pull them off with your fingers. Alright, so you'll get rid of the stem, and then you'll go ahead and mince."
