"While our veggie stock is heating up we are going to turn on our front burner up to about five. Place our pot on it, and we are going to measure out a tablespoon of oil. We are going to move it around so that it coats the bottom of the pan and while we are waiting for that to cook, we are going to go ahead and chop two cloves of garlic. We are going to cut off the ends, and we are going to discard them so they don't get mixed up with the rest of our minced garlic. We cut along the sides. Now we go ahead and chop the other one. And then when they are done, we'll put them together, chop them one more time and then we are going to add them to our pan with oil."
