"Being able to hit a draw shot in golf is a very important part of working your way around the golf course. My name is Jared Garbett and I'm with Echo Farms Golf and Country Club. And today I'm going to teach you how to hit a draw shot. A draw shot for a right handed player is going to start off to the right hand side of the target and turn over to the left hand side of the target. In order to accomplish this, I'm going to set up with my stance closed. Meaning that instead of facing the target, being parallel to the target, I'm going to set up to the right of the target. Whenever I set up to it and begin my swing, I'm going to take the club back on plane. And then lower it below plane so that I can come into the ball from the inside. Turn the club face over and turn the ball from right to left. In order to do this I'm going to set up. Close my stance a little bit. Prepare to hit the shot. Carry the club back on plane. Lower it below plane. Come into the ball from the inside and turn the club over so that I can get the ball to go from right to left. And that is how you hit a draw shot on the golf course."
