"Learning how to swing a golf club is by far one of the most important things in the game of golf. My name is Jared Garbett and I'm with Echo Farms Country Club. And I'm going to teach you how to swing a golf club. In order to properly swing a golf club, you want to make sure that you're lined up towards your target. Your feet, knees, hips and shoulders all need to be lined up parallel to the target you're aiming at. When swinging a golf club make sure you have a proper grip. Then you're going to take the club back, no farther than parallel to the ground. Take it back and then you'll come down with the club, striking the ball and following through. All of this should take about two seconds once you start your golf swing. A good reminder when practicing swinging your golf clubs. The timing should sound like swish swish. That takes about two seconds. Swish. Swish. That should be the timing of your club. Swinging golf club is extremely important and should be utilized in making proper swings out on the golf course. Swish, swish. And that is how you properly swing a golf club."
