"Hi. I'm Travis of Mad Dog Cycles and we're talking about is bike riding good exercise. Well it is. I think so. If you, if you exercise with any type of motion or you get your body going such as a cycling its definitely really good for a cardiovascular. If you can't do it outside you can take your bike indoors. A lot of shops will sell a trainer that can actually fit your bicycle onto the trainer to get your exercise in. If not you can go to a gym, you know a spin class is great. And we have like spin bikes which gives great cardiovascular, low impact and get your sweat on."
