"Hi, I'm Travis with Mad Dog Cycles in Provo, Utah. We're talking about how to assemble a cruiser bike. Here we see you have a cruiser bike but yet we don't have one in a box. They're all assembled. So when demonstrate, we'll show you what we can do, how a bike comes in a box. For instance, when we get a box in from the factory it looks just about like this. What we do is we have to obviously put the wheel on, the seat post and saddle. And you get a box of parts in here and you have like a quick release, pedals, what have you. After you get everything assembled, you have something like this. But that's not all. You have to readjust all the cables. You have to make sure everything is torqued correctly, because the factory doesn't do it all the time. When you assemble a bike, you have to use lubricants. You have to lubricate the pedal spindles and make sure you get the right pedal on the right side, the left pedal on the left side. You have to lubricate the steerer, make sure it's nice and lubricated. And if you have trouble, always bring it to your local bike shop and they can assemble it for you."
