"Hi, this is Laura Turner, and today, I'm going to talk to you about college papers on problem solving, so are you writing a paper on problem solving theories, or are you writing about how to solve a problem? For the purposes of this video, I'm going to assume that you're writing a paper on how to solve a problem, so therefore, you are going to write a paper that's going to sort of annotate, ways to solve a problem, so first of all, give at least three ideas for solving this problem, and do research into which one has worked best, in the past, so therefore, you're going to want to make your topic general, yet specific. You're going to want to narrow it down enough, but you're also going to want to open it up enough, so you can get as much research as you can on it, so focus your paper on solving the problem, or if you're writing a paper about the different methods of solving the problem, you can sort of give equal weight to all of them, and by the end, hopefully you will have discovered, which one weighs out against the other, through your copious research, on how to solve this problem, and those are some ideas, on college papers, on problem solving."
