"Hi, my name is Lincoln Ward. I'm the director of the Austin Tennis Center and a USPTA certified tennis pro here in Austin, Texas. Today we're going to talk about racket reviews. With all the tennis rackets out there, all the different designs all the gimmicks and bells and whistles, it's really great to have a racket review. It's a great baseline to help you choose what racket works for you. You can find tennis racket reviews in places such as Tennis Magazine, TIA which is Tennis Industry Association magazine or the RSI Racket Stringer Industry magazine. The things they test in these reviews is playability, whether or not a racket is flexible or stiff, whether it's powerful or doesn't have a lot of power. It will also talk about price factors which is really important when considering a tennis racket. It also talks about what kind of strings work well with that particular racket. Pretty much they'll take eight to ten, eight to twenty different testers and they'll send them out to the court and play with each of these rackets, and those testers will give you know their opinions on the racket played. There's no exact science on racket reviews but it is a great baseline to start with if you're thinking about choosing a racket. That's tennis racket reviews."
