"Hi my name is Reka Morvay. I'm a psychologist and I'm going to talk to you today about how to win your man back after a rough relationship. If you have had some tough times in your relationship maybe both of you got hurt, maybe it was a little tempestuous, maybe there were a few breakups. It is very important to try to bring back that feeling of romance and to freshen up and liven up your relationship. I think the most important thing that makes people want to stay in a relationship is that they have good time, they feel good about themselves, they feel good about their partner and they have most or all of their emotional needs fulfilled. So it is really no simple formula to bring your man back after a rough relationship. You need to get down to the relationship fundamentals and look at whether or not both of you are getting your needs fulfilled, whether both of you are having a good time or are enjoying each other's company because I think that is what will bring any man back into a relationship is if he feels good in the relationship, if he has fun in the relationship and he sees that you are having fun in the relationship and you also feel good."
