"Hi, my name's Steve Munoz. I'm with Duncan Business Machines, and we're going to talk about how to load paper into a fax machine. There are different ways of loading paper. Some are legal, some are letter. This here is letter only. Most fax machines and, really to get the best print quality, you need to get a twenty pound paper. This is your basic copier paper. Some people use thicker for you know, Christmas cards and stuff like that. I would not recommend that for this. The paper has got to stop at the back, which is adjustable. But, if you just, most of them come for letter size already. You just drop the paper in there, push the machine, don't be afraid to push it in hard, and usually they take about half a ream of paper, and that's how you load paper into a fax machine."
