About Leather Backgammon Sets

"Hi, My name is Windy Challey from Games of Berkeley and this is leather backgammon sets. A lot of people want a nice high-end backgammon set and the traditional kind is a leather case. I have here a designed one. This is pseudo leather with a padded interior so that when you roll the dice it's nice and quiet. The original ones had cork or some sort of felt or leather stitched inside with points of two different colors. And it's good to find set that has a highly contrasting points. The men themselves should be large and heavy, good quality plastic, ivory-like plastic. I have another set over there and this a large full set. This is what a lot of people think of when they think of a... their nice grandfather's backgammon set. It comes with shakers, dice and a doubling cube, which is used in backgammon for different sorts of gambling. It's optional. And it has large men, large heavy men that make a good sound when you put them together. Then when you close it up, everything fits inside and has a little niche for it to go in and it should look like a nice leather briefcase on the outside. This one happens to have locks with keys. And that's leather backgammon sets."
