"Hi this is Taylor and today we are discussing if the C9364 HP printer can be refilled? Indeed it can and it uses an HP 98 cartridge. The HP 98 cartridge is another very simple HP cartridge to refill. Simply remove the HP sticker to reveal a pre-opened hole done by HP. Inside the cartridge is a sponge so to refill it simply insert a needle full of ink and inject slowly into the cartridge. The 98 cartridge comes with 10 milliliters from the factory but can actually fit 19 to 20 milliliters."
