In computing, a printer is a peripheral that produces a hard copy of documents stored in electronic form, usually on physical print media such as paper or transparencies. Many printers are primarily used as local peripherals and are attached by a printer cable or USB cable to a computer. Printers are designed for low-volume, short-turnaround print jobs and require almost no setup time to make a hard copy of a document. However, printers are generally slow devices, and the cost-per-page is relatively high. In this free video series, a specialist in refilling ink cartridges provides tips for using and refilling HP printer cartridges. Learn how to clean HP printer cartridges, how to refill a number of different cartridges and how to manually clean an HP ink-jet cartridge. "This is Taylor and we're here talking about HP cartridges today and first off we have the HP C3180 and if that can be refilled? They indeed can be refilled. They are numbered 92 and a 93. Each one of them can be loaded with about one and a half times the amount that HP loads in the ink so each one when you refill you do maximize your value so yes they can be refilled and they have a high success rate as well so for the 92 and the 93 cartridges they are very easy to refill. The sticker here peels right off and when you do so it exposes a hole where the main sponge is located. Once you remove the top tape there is a hole right here that gives you access."
