"How to motivate yourself to exercise. Everybody's different, so again you want to go by what you do or what you find to get you working out what gets you uplifted. Now some people go to the gym alone and they like to listen to their music and that gets them pumped in order to exercise. Some people like training with a buddy. So if you bring a buddy to the gym, it gets you hyped and helps you get to the workout without even noticing that you're doing a workout. And some people just like to go to a gym or like to train at home. So again you want to find what's going to be best for you. And I also know people who love to train in groups. So you can go to a group exercise class to go and get yourself motivated. But remember, the biggest part is getting yourself going to the gym. What also helps is having a personal trainer. Because I'm sure if you pay money you're going to show up for your sessions. So that's definitely a motivational factor."
