"Now, I'm going to tell you how to reduce your BMI. What is BMI? Body Mass Index. However, I don't want you to be fooled by the BMI, because sometimes, it doesn't give you correct information, due to the fact, it only predicts your body mass, so if you have a muscular person, they could be considered obese, because you're only going by body mass index, but how do you get the BMI? It's a quick equation. What you want to do, we're going to use the Imperial Formula. You're going to do your weight x 703, over your height, squared, so let me give you an example. I'm going to use myself. My weight is 130 pounds, so you're going to do 130 x 703, then you're going to divide that by my height in inches, which is 63 inches squared, so once you do that, you'll probably get a round about figure of 23, I'm hoping, and that's going to consider me, right in the normal weight. If you're under 18, then you're a little bit too light in weight, and if you're over 30, then you're considered obese, but again, take into consideration, the muscle factor. Now again, reducing BMI, I'm going to tell you your favorite exercises, or your favorite way to reduce, whatever your body mass index is, cardiovascular training, and resistance training. Again, the combination is a deadly duo."
