"The definition of a personal trainer. When I think of the definition of a personal trainer I think working one on one with clientele to teach them how to use different machines, go through different exercises and to be confident about the exercises that they are doing. Also personal trainers are good motivators. And if you are not a good motivator you shouldn't be a personal trainer. Motivating goes hand and hand with teaching so again it helps with the confidence of the client. Also a friend, it's ok to be a friend to any or one or any number of clients. Because when you build a relationship they feel more confident and they begin to trust you and you begin to trust each other and it becomes kind of a partnership with you leading them and them not being afraid to follow."
