"How to whiten your teeth in the comfort of your own home at a low budget. Use your whitening tooth paste that you get from your dental hygienist. It has the abrasive, mild abrasiveness that can help reduce the extrinsic stain which are caused by drinking lots of coffee, wine. And also you're trying to whiten your teeth, or you would like to whiten your teeth, cut back on stuff that can stain your teeth, like spaghetti sauce, coffee, wine, using tobacco products, anything that can stain a white T-shirt can stain your teeth. So with using your whitening toothpaste and staying away from foods that can stain your teeth, that is a really low costly way of doing it. And there is one household product that you can use, baking soda with water, but usually the whitening toothpaste, I mean you get it from your dental hygienist for free when you come in on you six month visit. So that's something that you can use along with practicing good habits, eating dietary habits."
